LONDON COTTAGE

The owners of this tiny  Grade II listed one bedroom London cottage wanted to create a serene and versatile space for visiting friends and family to stay. The space was redesigned to provide wonderfully comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The project required a sympathitic and intelligent approach to ensure the space is flexible, functional and low maintenance for the owners. A bespoke kitchen was designed to maximise the space and bespoke joinery used to create excellent storage throughout. The low bedroom ceiling was removed and joists replaced with tension wires to create a sophisticated master bedroom suite with vaulted ceiling. The ground floor was reconfigured and a garden room with bespoke glazed doors designed to allow guests a feeling of being wrapped in the spectacular gardens.
