Extra space was needed by this Music Management Company to accommodate increased headcount without sacrificing the company's amazing energy and laid back atmosphere. The project involved assessing the company's management style and how they wanted to work in the future. We then re-designed the office layout to include a small additional footprint and reconfigured the IT and network cabling throughout. The new layout included flexible meeting and break-out space and provided the company with quality storage, some of which is cleverly combined with break out areas. The firm's extensive picture collection was re-hung and walk in coat cupboard built for staff. Bold colours and plants were incorporated into the scheme, creating creative working zones throughout.
