CREATIVE WORKSPACE
We designed this company's working environment as a creative space that provides light, plenty of storage, inspirational design and creative space. It was critical to learn about the needs of each team, their working preferences and how much space they need in order to work productively. We identified the Company's working patterns and designed workspaces which allow teams the privacy and quiet they need, but which can be transformed as required
MEETING SPACE
Our design included generous desk space for employees as well as providing informal meeting space used by all for larger team gatherings. We incorporated a "creative table" central to the space which is large enough to allow the teams to meet, hold meetings with clients or showcase work informally. The space is bordered by a causal coffee bar area.
BREAK-OUT SEATING
We understand the importance of variety in the workplace, so it was important to provide employees with the option to work at their designated desk or to use break out seating areas to which also act as informal meeting areas. Throughout the space, tall planters, focus lighting and a mix of seating and materials act to absorb noise as well as providing interest.
